For those of you who prefer the camaraderie of group training, we've innovated a unique monthly program designed to provide you with all of your training needs in one to three training sessions per week. Our classes are capped at 16 participants to maintain, a client to coach ratio
of 8:1, ensuring you always receive the attention you deserve need to safely train in a group setting.
/ Strength Camp
Our Strength Camps focus on two things increasing your overall strength and putting lean muscle on your body. We keep the intensity levels low during this camp to help create the appropriate amount of stress on your body, which in turn, makes stronger. We’re going old school with this camp - using just the basic tools (kettlebells, dumbbells, & barbells) to help push you to the next level.
/ MetCon Camp
Our Metabolic Conditioning camps are our version of interval training. If you’re looking to increase your heart rate and burn a substantial amount of calories, then this is the camp for you. The class will focus on basic to advanced bodyweight movements, but also integrate resistance band and kettlebell work. We’re keeping it simple, so you can train harder.
/ Strength & Conditioning
We consider our Strength & Conditioning camp to be the more advanced camp out of the three. This camp will give you the right amount of low and high intensity work. Our focus during these camps is to keep the heart rate elevated as you train, while pushing past your limits. Most members begin with modifiers and bodyweight exercises; but with practice and close guidance from our coaches, progress onto more advanced exercises using kettlebells and barbells.
