For those of you who prefer the camaraderie of group training, we've innovated a unique monthly program designed to provide you with all of your training needs in one to three training sessions per week. Our classes are capped at 16 participants to maintain, a client to coach ratio of 8:1, ensuring you always receive the attention you deserve needed to safely train in a group setting.
While others may focus on changing up a routine from week to week, we like to take a different approach by being consistent with our training for a period of four weeks. We take the guessing out of your training by designing a program where you know what to expect and are prepared for on a weekly basis. In this four-week period, you’ll gain the knowledge and confidence necessary to push yourself through your workouts, while also developing a sense of ownership in what you are doing.
We hold our members to the highest of standards and our goal with every camp is to challenge you in a way that you haven’t been challenged before. We want to not only educate you and coach you, but we want to make sure you’re having fun in the process.
The Camp Breakdown
what you can expect in the class
The essential part of the program, that gets you prepared for the activity. No treadmills, no bikes, just a lot of movement based work. We focus on mobility and flexibility movements while gradually elevating your heart rate.
The bulk of our work happens in this portion of the camp. Each training day will have a different emphasis whether it is our Strength, Strength & Conditioning, or Metabolic Strength Camps, you will be able to get your hands on almost every piece of equipment we have to offer you. You will become comfortable with using dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, sleds, sandbags and so much more. This is where the learning and coaching happens and where you grow.
This is your Fourth Quarter and where you are working. Everything you did prior to this was just building you up to this point. Whatever bit of energy you have left, you use it here. The body will naturally want to break down, it’s your job to push through focusing on the quality of your movements. You give everything, but sacrifice nothing.
The members of this gym are serious about pushing and improving themselves, but are also fun and great to be around.
~ Christina M.
The sense of community is strong, we're like a family. Once you try this place once you will not want to leave.
~ Tom F.
The people are great, the classes will push you, and you will work your butt off and actually have a good time doing it.
The Week to Week Breakdown
what you can expect every four weeks
This is the week we get to make mistakes, but we also learn from them. During this week, you can expect our coaches to spend a reasonable amount of time demonstrating, coaching and getting you familiar with the movements we have programmed for you.
You Keep Working
You’re building off of our previous week. You have an understanding of the exercises and know what to expect from the raining session. During this week, our coaches will spend less time demonstrating and more time coaching you up, so you learn on how to improve on the exercises you are doing.
You Fine Tune
You’re feeling comfortable here. You know what to expect, and you know what you will need to work on to push yourself a little bit more. During this week, our coaches will demonstrate movements at close to full speed while also providing you with key points to make your movements and your session that much more effective. Our coaches will push you, but most importantly you will learn to push yourself.
You Show us
Time to go to work. Our coaches will demonstrate movements at full
speed while giving you a few key points to keep in mind before starting your session. By this week, you know what to expect, no surprises here. Just a lot of hard work. We will make sure to push you out of your comfort zone.
/ Strength Camp
Our Strength Camps focuses on two things: increasing your overall strength and putting lean muscle on your body. We keep the intensity levels low during this camp to help create the appropriate amount of stress on your body, which in turn, makes you stronger. We’re going old school with this camp - using just the basic tools (kettlebells, dumbbells, & barbells) to help push you to the next level.
/ Metabolic Strength
Our Metabolic Strength camps are our version of interval training. If you’re looking to increase your heart rate and burn a substantial amount of calories, then this is the camp for you. The class will focus on basic to advanced bodyweight, kettlebell, and barbell movements. We’re keeping it simple, so you can train harder.
/ Strength & Conditioning
We consider our Strength & Conditioning camp to be the more advanced camp out of the three. This camp will give you the right amount of low and high intensity work. Our focus during these camps is to keep the heart rate elevated as you train, while pushing past your limits. Most members begin with modifiers and bodyweight exercises; but with practice and close guidance from our coaches, progress onto more advanced exercises using kettlebells and barbells.
