/ How our system works
Prior to beginning your training, you will come in for a one-time initial assessment. During this visit, we will discuss your medical history, past injuries, training history, and training goals. To ensure our individualized programming meets your needs, we will take you through our movement screen followed by an abbreviated training session. This evaluation will allow us to identify any weaknesses that may need to be addressed.
Our program design will be based on the information we gather during the initial assessment. We will continue to work together as you progress through your program making sure you are meeting your goals and making the appropriate changes needed to help you reach them.
/ Private Training
If you’re looking for a more personal approach to training, we offer a private training option. A personalized training program is built to meet your individual training goals, whether you’d like to perfect a certain lift, rehab an injury, develop strength, or add more overall structure to your workout. We take you through our comprehensive approach by educating and guiding you each step of the way to ensure that you feel confident both in and out of our training facility.
/ Semi-Private Training
Training with a small group is a great way to stay motivated and drop the overall cost of your training. Our semi-private group training option will provide you with a personalized program, while also allowing you to execute your program alongside like-minded individuals. We keep our client to coach ratio at 4:1 so that we can give you the attention you need, but also, the opportunity to build confidence through independent training.
