Anyone looking for a sustainable approach to large group training.
Note: If you are currently injured or trying to work through an injury, this is NOT the appropriate option for you at this time. Due to the high pace of our classes and our class structure, we are not able to dedicate all of our time to one specific individual. In this case, we ask that you to start with our Semi-Private Training option as it will be the most suitable option.
Semi-Private Training
Up to 4 people.
Who is this for?
Our approach to semi private training is ideal for people:
• New to working out, looking to learn how to properly strength train and become comfortable in a gym setting.
• Familiar with strength training, whether with a specific goal in mind or just wanting to feel stronger in their daily routines.
• Recovering from an injury, that may need a little more tailored approach and guidance than what some classes offer.
Regardless of the above, we welcome anyone as long as they are willing to learn and ready to work.
