Semi Private Training

(up to 6 individuals)

Our approach to semi private training is ideal for people:

• new to working out, looking to learn how to properly strength train and become comfortable in a gym setting

• familiar with strength training, whether with a specific goal in mind or just wanting to feel stronger in their daily routines

• recovering from an injury, that may need a little more tailored approach and guidance than what some classes offer

Regardless of the above, we welcome anyone as long as you are willing to learn and ready to work.

Strength CAMPS

(up to 9 individuals)

*if you are injured or have any movement restrictions, this option is not ideal for you

Our approach to our Strength Camps is ideal for people:

• familiar with strength training, looking for a structured & sustainable approach to group training

• who are motivated by training alongside like-minded individuals

•who want to focus on building and maintaining overall strength & improving their general fitness
