We want to make sure we are working with you to get you to where you want to be.
Our semi-private training option is a great way to stay motivated and train alongside like-minded individuals. This option will provide you with a personalized program tailored to meet your goals. During these sessions, we keep our client to coach ratio at 4:1, so that we can give you the attention you need, but also, provide you with the opportunity to build confidence through independent training.
Prior to beginning your training with us, you will come in for a one-time initial assessment. During this visit, we will sit down and discuss your medical history, past injuries, training history, and training goals. You will also be able to tour our facility, meet our staff and ultimately decide if we are the right fit for you.
To ensure that our individualized programming meets your needs, we will take you through our movement screen which will allow us to decide your starting point. This will create a baseline to work with and build off. It also gives us an insight into areas we will need to focus on in the program and helps us decide the style of coaching that will best suit you to get you closer to where you want to be. Our program design will be based on all the information we gather during the movement screen. Each month, we will continue to work together as we progress you through your program making sure you are meeting your goals and making the appropriate changes needed to help you reach them.
I had always been active prior to training here, but I've never felt as strong and fit as I do today. I wouldn't train anywhere else!

Four Week Program Breakdown
All our semi-private training programs are designed in four-week periods. Here is what to expect from your program and us, on a week to week basis. The first month is what sets the tone for the remainder of your time here and this is what you can expect.
During the first week of your training, we guide you through your entire program. Movements are explained, demonstrated and then coached. You will make mistakes, but we want you to. We want you to learn from them and continue to build the confidence needed to perform these movements for the next few weeks.
You Keep Working
During this week, you’ll begin to really understand the program, maybe not the exercises, but that takes time. We want you to focus on feeling comfortable with what you are doing during these sessions. We will continue to explain, demonstrate and coach the exercises we have selected for you, but we also start taking a step back and letting you do the program on your own.
You Fine Tune
You’re feeling good this week. You have an even better understanding of the program and exercises. You know what to expect and you know there are a few areas to fine tune in order to make your workout that much more effective. Our coaches are there to refresh you on the exercises, offer you key points on the movements and make sure you are getting the most out of your training session.
You Show Us
You’ve been working hard to get here, and you’ll get to show us everything you have learned in the last few weeks. No surprises, just straight up coaching and a lot of hard work from you. Everything will click this week and you’ll feel confident to push yourself with every exercise.
At the end of each 4-week program you we’ll sit down to re-group, talk about the goals that were set, and discuss what you are looking to do moving forward.
