Strength camp MEMBERSHIPS

1. How do memberships for classes work?
We have 2 options- single packages (buy as you go) or a 3 month auto-renew membership. Auto-renew memberships are charged on the same day each month and automatically continue unless you cancel it.

2. What option is better for me?
It depends. If you have a consistent schedule, the auto-renew membership is probably the better option. If you travel a lot or have a hectic work/life, then single purchase might be the better choice.

3. How long do I have to use my sessions?
One calendar month from your purchase date.

4. What if I can’t make a class?
We require 6 hour notice to cancel your session. If you do that, you’ll have to find another day within the month to make up the session. Unused sessions do not rollover into the next month.

5. How do I cancel my membership?
We require a 2 week notice before the renewal date to cancel the auto-renew membership. We do charge a $50 cancellation fee if you need to cancel the contract early.

6. Can I freeze my membership?
Yes, just write us an e-mail letting us know how long you will be away. All sessions must be completed prior to the start of your freeze. You receive 1 complimentary freeze with the 3 month membership. Freezes can be for a period of 1-4 weeks. We do not offer freezes for the single package option.

7. What if I’m injured?
Bring us a note from your doctor and we’ll put your sessions on hold until you’ve recovered. You will need medical clearance before reactivating. 

8. What is your refund policy?
BUST does not issue refunds for past payments or unused sessions. With membership at BUST, you agree to follow our rules and policies. We do reserve the right to cancel a membership if the policies are not followed. In that event, we will issue a refund for a pro-rated portion of your membership. 

CANCELLATION POLICY

Strength Camp
Members must cancel 8 hours prior to their strength camp.

**In the event you late cancel a session or no show, that session will be marked as used.

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATION POLICY

We require 2 week notice before the renewal date to cancel the 3 month membership.

*Early termination of your contract will result in a cancellation fee of $50. Any remaining sessions must be completed by the package expiration date, no exceptions.
