HOW IT WORKS?

Classes programmed in 4 week cycles.
Workout stays the same week to week to build consistency and show progress. 
50 minute camp that starts with a group warm up. 
Classes kept at 9 individuals max.

Our approach to our Strength Camps is ideal for people:

  • familiar with strength training, looking for a structured & sustainable approach to large group training

  • who are motivated by training alongside like-minded individuals

  • who want to focus on building and maintaining overall strength &
    improving their general fitness

WHAT TO EXPECT.

If you are participating in our Strength Camps, that means we have the confidence that you are able to handle the movements prescribed to you during our 4 week programs, which in turn, means there's more responsibility placed on you.

We require your undivided attention during our instructional period so you have a clear understanding of what is expected of you each and every session.

These standards are put in place to ensure you are making the most of your time here.

STRENGTH CAMP type:

(all of our camps utilize a variety of equipment including barbells, kettlebells, & dumbbells
to keep you challenged & moving)

(low intensity training)

  • offers a blend of strength & power based work

  • the focus will be on maintaining the appropriate amount of stress on the body to help you build & maintain

    strength & muscle

Strength & Conditioning

(low & high intensity training)

  • offers a blend of strength, power and endurance based work

  • the focus will be on maintaining strength & power while building your muscular endurance

Metabolic Strength

(high intensity training)

  • offers a blend of strength & endurance based work

  • the focus will be on steady state work to help improve your muscular endurance & target fat loss
